Main Sauvage delivers worldwide!

The delivery rate is calculated according to the weight and place of delivery. The price will be indicated to you before validation of your order.

Main Sauvage offers shipping costs to its customers in European Union countries for any order above 90 euros and in France for any order above 75 euros.

Tip: Group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY RATES FOR FRANCE

For any order in FRANCE, you will have the choice between two carriers:

  • DELIVERY FRANCE WITH COLISSIMO
    The parcel is delivered without signature to the address chosen by the customer, directly to his mailbox. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment.
    The indicative delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.

  • DELIVERY FRANCE WITH MONDIAL RELAY
    The distribution of the package is done at the delivery point chosen by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment.. The indicative delivery time is 3 to 6 days.

We recommend that you unpack the goods in front of the delivery person. However, if you notice that the product is damaged, it must be indicated on the delivery note, otherwise the liability of the deliverer cannot be engaged.

The delivery times indicated are those generally observed by the carrier. They are in addition to the product availability time and the shipping time related to the processing and preparation of the order. No refund of shipping costs will be made in case of delivery within a longer period than those indicated.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY RATES EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

Carriers

In Europe and abroad, delivery is made via the following carriers:

  • LA POSTE DELIVENGO: The distribution of the parcel is done without signature to the address chosen by the customer, directly in his mailbox. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment. The indicative deadlines are 5 days to 5 weeks depending on the destination.

  • LA POSTE COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL: The distribution of the parcel is done with signature at the address chosen by the customer, directly in his mailbox. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment. The indicative deadlines are 3 to 12 days depending on the destination.

  • MONDIAL RELAY (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain): The distribution of the parcel is done at the delivery point chosen by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment. The indicative time is 3 to 6 days.

  • DHL EXPRESS (delivery outside Europe): The distribution of the parcel is done with signature at the address chosen by the customer, directly in his mailbox. The Customer will be able to track the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be given to him at the time of shipment. The indicative deadlines are 3 to 5 days depending on the destination.

Orders to countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. However, they are subject to possible taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the client/recipient. They are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
The customer is also responsible for checking the import possibilities of the products ordered with regard to the law of the country of delivery. We recommend contacting the Customs Service for more information.

Customs

If you have placed an order to a country outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and import taxes are invoiced once the package has arrived in the destination country. As your order is held back by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale businesses).
Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and are unable to determine the amount since customs clearance policies and import taxes vary greatly from one country to another.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account. Select “my orders” to track the progress of your package. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

RETURNS

You have, according to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The return is FREE for orders in Metropolitan France. 

Here is the procedure to follow to organize your returns:

1. Write to us at bonjour@mainsauvage.com indicating the order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without prior notification sent to this email address.


2. Prepare the return package by carefully packaging the product(s) in their original packaging and carton. Attach the purchase invoice or delivery note. For the return to be accepted the products must not have been used.


3. For the return of an order shipped in Metropolitan France: we will send you a free prepaid delivery note to stick on the package.

For the return of an order dispatched outside Metropolitan France: the expenses of return are with your load. The products must be returned by parcel followed to the following address:

4. Keep the proof of deposit of the parcel which will be proof in case of dispute or loss by the postal services.


5. You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your return package. We will then proceed to refund, on your bank account, the products returned within 15 working days.
